Home Visits

A specialist nurse from the Scottish Cot Death Trust can visit the family at home to provide information about cot death and the services available from the Trust. They will listen to the family and offer support to help them cope with their loss.

The home visit is usually the first service to be offered to families, and their support needs will be assessed during this initial home visit. Further home visits may take place depending on the needs of the family.
